We have an exciting opportunity for a **National Business Manager** to join our Woolworths Team.

The Woolworths Team is a fun, aspirational and innovative team, building result driven leaders to a commercially sustainable future for all of CCEP.

This role will see you managing the water portfolio and digital strategy within the Woolworths Business. The NBM Water & Digital will support and guide the Sales NBM's, Finance Business Partners, Woolworths Merchandise stakeholders to review, develop and evolve execution of our CCEP Joint Business Plan.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Partner in the development, negotiation and review of the digital program for Woolworths Group ensuring delivery market share growth and strong internal metrics including volume, NSR, NC and trade spend.
- Seek out new ideas and approaches to the CCEP program from inside and outside of the business with continuous thinking, analysis, and recalibration of alternatives while partnering with stakeholders.
- Identify the areas of influence and determine the optimal approach to maximise ROI for CCEP and the customer.
- Anticipation of competitor plans with historical reference and understand the activities needing to cycle.
- Have a passion in leveraging multiple sources of data to make decisions and collaborate with the key stakeholders to act.
- Support the negotiation of marketing investment packages ensuring alignment of the promotional calendar, execution standards and return on investment

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in managing Retail (Grocery) customers at a national level.
- Understanding of the development a national promotional program and the factors that influence its success.
- Demonstrated ability performing digital & data analysis along with established skills in converting that data into actionable insights.
- Highly developed written and verbal skills with demonstrated experience in presenting to senior level management.
- Open mindset with a willingness to learn and explore ideas from other stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple parties and tasks within a fast-paced environment
- Experience in multiple reporting tools and proven ability to learn: IRi (AZTEC), Quantium, Woolworths on Web.
