**What's the role?**:
As a Tool Service Technician, the nature of the role is hands-on. This role will see you repair Hilti power tools, analyses and conduct final functional and safety testing after every repair to ensure quality and customer safety. You will operate within a bench-based workshop and be provided with all the necessary tools and resources to ensure that our power tools are repaired safely and within a timely manner. Working as a part of a team, you will work on a range of Hilti products, working quickly and efficiently to achieve same day targets.

**What does the role involve?**:

- Repair and service Hilti tools and equipment in accordance with Tool Service global repair standards and procedures
- Ensure the repair or service is completed in accordance with the defined global repair times
- Supporting team members with other duties from time to time as may be required
- Active cooperation in optimizing the working processes to further enhance customer satisfaction impact on customer satisfaction, productivity and profitability
- Actively take part in Shop Floor meetings

**What you need is**:

- Electrical or Mechanical background
- Experience in maintaining and repairing electric tools / similar skill base
- Relevant electrical license is advantageous
- Willing and able to execute multiple tasks on time to fulfill daily operational deadlines
- IT literate e.g. Microsoft windows, Internet, Excel, and SAP is desirable, but we can coach you
