This is an exciting opportunity to join a team with deep expertise in property and conveyancing, offering you the chance to thrive in a culture that values collaboration and continuous growth.Job DescriptionWorking closely with experienced lawyers in the Property & Commercial team, you'll be responsible for managing a range of conveyancing and property matters from end to end.
This is a varied role with room to grow, and no two days will be the same.Key responsibilities:Manage residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction to settlementPrepare contracts, settlement figures, and relevant legal documentsLiaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other key stakeholdersUse PEXA for electronic settlementsAssist with general property law administrative support as neededThe Successful ApplicantWe're looking for someone who has:Experience in conveyancing or property paralegal work (minimum 1 years preferred),Skilled using PEXA and conveyancing software,Highly organised, detail-oriented, and client-focused,A team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach,Able to work autonomously with strong communication skills,Qualifications in conveyancing or legal studies are desirable but not essential for the right candidate with practical experience.What's on OfferCompetitive salary + benefitsSupportive and collaborative team cultureCareer progression and advancementAccess to ongoing training and professional developmentOpportunity to work with a respected firm that values work/life balanceIf you're passionate about property law and want to take the next step in your legal support career with a professional, down-to-earth team then we want to hear from you.
