Job Title: Property Paralegal/Conveyancer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated property paralegal/conveyancer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-quality property matters with supportive mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction to settlement.
  • Prepare contracts, settlement figures, and relevant legal documents.
  • Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other key stakeholders.
  • Use PEXA for electronic settlements.
  • Assist with general property law administrative support as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in conveyancing or property paralegal work (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Skilled using PEXA and conveyancing software.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
  • Able to work autonomously with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Qualifications in conveyancing or legal studies are desirable but not essential for the right candidate with practical experience.
