Job Description:

As a Property Paralegal/Conveyancer, you'll manage conveyancing and property matters from end to end. This is a varied role with room to grow, and no two days will be the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction to settlement
  • Prepare contracts, settlement figures and relevant legal documents
  • Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other key stakeholders
  • Use PEXA for electronic settlements
  • Assist with general property law administrative support as needed

The Successful Applicant:

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in conveyancing or property paralegal work (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Skilled using PEXA and conveyancing software
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and client-focused
  • A team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach
  • Able to work autonomously with strong communication skills

Qualifications:

Qualifications in conveyancing or legal studies are desirable but not essential for the right candidate with practical experience.
