Job Description

As a key member of our Property & Commercial team, you'll work closely with experienced lawyers to manage a range of conveyancing and property matters from end to end. This is a varied role with room to grow, and no two days will be the same.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction to settlement.
  • Prepare contracts, settlement figures, and relevant legal documents.
  • Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other key stakeholders.
  • Use PEXA for electronic settlements.
  • Assist with general property law administrative support as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in conveyancing or property paralegal work (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Skilled using PEXA and conveyancing software.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
  • Able to work autonomously with strong communication skills.
  • Qualifications in conveyancing or legal studies are desirable but not essential for the right candidate with practical experience.
