**About the Role**
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR professional to help us work smarter and more efficiently in delivering a variety of HR services nationally. You will be encouraged to think innovatively whilst developing and maintaining best practice.

This role will work with the HR Team across DP World Australia, as well as internal and external stakeholders, delivering regular and adhoc HR metrics reporting. Additionally, another key focus area is ensuring HR systems (especially Oracle HCM) functionality is fit for purpose whilst driving results in streamlining processes.

**Accountabilities**

Reporting to the HR Manager at our Australian Head Office and working as part of the central HR Team, you will be kept busy with preparing monthly and adhoc business analytics and metrics to assist in business decision making, as well as reporting in areas including diversity, remuneration and benchmarking surveys. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical abilities to review current reporting processes and strive for continuous improvement. Your ability to work professionally and collaboratively with key internal stakeholders will be critical to your success in the role, along with a strong commitment to solving problems and seeing them through.

The HR team is works together to deliver to internal customers and from time to time you may be needing to pitch in and get involved in HR generalist activities.

**Some specific responsibilities include**:

- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR systems (including Oracle HCM)
- Administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of all HR systems including Oracle HCM
- Support users to achieve optimal outcomes whilst utilizing HR systems
- Build HR systems capability across the broader HR teams whilst driving adoption
- Utilise the HR systems and Payroll systems to generate reports as required
- Provide reporting out of Oracle HCM, Chris21 based on regular reporting requirements.
- Collate data required for monthly reports as directed
- Coordinate and analyse remuneration data and support transactional remuneration activity including job evaluation
- Tertiary qualifications equivalent to a bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration/HR/IT or related/relevant field - Proven experience in the establishment of processes for the effective preparation and implementation of batch documentation.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite including formulas, pivot tables, graphs, macros, password protection and encryption.
- Experience using Oracle, Chris21 and ServiceNOW (highly desirable)
- Extensive experience with management of confidential data
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manipulate data from multiple sources
