Dowell Windows has an excellent opportunity for a vibrant and driven customer service professional to join our team at Geebung. Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers by creating strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing a quality solution
- Coordinating delivery dates with customers and sub-contractors
- Maintaining accurate record-keeping to ensure files are up to date
- Following the call-up, process to confirm customer order details
- Acting in a prompt and courteous manner at all times
- Working with the customer service team to implement continuous improvement
- Complying with the Dowell policies and procedures
- Have strong communication and customer service skills
- Have a strong, positive and can-do attitude
- Be direct, truthful and easy to deal with
- Be proactive in your approach and seek out information when required
- Be a team player who is a problem solver
- Be a self-starter who can work autonomously
- Be determined to grow and learn

We have a great team environment where there is a hands-on approach to all that needs to be done. There will be full training and ongoing support provided by the team.
