Harmony Home and Community Care is a registered NDIS provider and support coordinator located in Hoppers Crossing in Melbourne. We provide and arrange services and supports to people with varying disabilities, to assist them in living their own lives, making their own choices and to stay connected to their community.

Harmony Home and Community Care is looking for a casual Administration Assistant to work as part of our growing team.

**What duties does an Administration Assistant undertake?**

Administration Assistants perform a wide range of duties including the following:
questions or provide information concerning services and inquiries.
- Follow up on client issues and assist in resolution of same.
- Plan meeting and arrange conference calls.
- Manage calendars, phone and face-to-face meetings.
- General office administration
- Perform reasonable additional work duties and functions from time to time, as reasonably

Directed by your employer.

**An Administration Assistant is typically responsible for**:
**Input and update of various spreadsheets.**
- Organising and the care of confidential client and staff files.
- General office administration duties.

**Required Qualities**

**Clear and fluent English.**
- Professional communication skills both written and verbal.

**Positive attitude, reliable and a willingness to learn.**

**Ability to work under pressure.**

**Organised, with great time management skills.**

**Accuracy and attention to detail.**

**Punctual and reliable**

**Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite (preferred).**

**Office administration experience at least one year (preferred).**
- NDIS experience or similar (preferred but not essential).
- NDIS Screening Check required or ability to obtain (essential).

The successful applicant must show that they are able to work in a close-knit team environment. Time management is essential. We offer a competitive salary based on experience and skills. Applicants must show that they are able to work in Australia without any restrictions. Your own transport is required and parking is available onsite. There may be some local travel involved. Vehicle kilometre allowance will be paid per vehicle use.

Must be available to work on a Monday to Friday basis during office hours as work days will vary during the week. There is no set roster and the successful applicant should be able to work as required by the business. Expected hours will be in the vicinity of 20 hours per week.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- On call
- Rotating roster

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- victorian (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
