**The Opportunity**

Due to growth in our business, we are now recruiting an Organisational Development and Inclusion Coordinator based in our Ultimo office. This exciting role provides essential administrative and coordination support to the Organisational Development and Inclusion team, spanning Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, and onboarding initiatives.

You will play a key role in scheduling, managing systems, and ensuring the smooth delivery of training programs and employee engagement activities.

**About You**

We're looking for a motivated and organised individual who brings:

- Certificate IV in Business Administration (or equivalent), or relevant experience in a coordination or admin role
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using reporting tools and systems
- Ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative mindset with a commitment to integrity and accountability

**Desirable**:

- Experience in a learning or training role
- Experience in HRIS or similar systems administration
