**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The position is responsible in contributing to our Commodities team, trading and purchase order requirements to enhance commodities sales, ensure sustainability and overall customer satisfaction.

Reporting to Trading Manager, key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Management of customer enquiries and assist with sales, quotations, purchase orders and customer claims.
- Actively monitor stock, deliveries, payments and accounts.
- Constant monitoring of deliveries, coordination of Site Admins and pick-ups with customers.
- Provide updates to customers regarding quality, delivery timing and advising of any delays.
- Keep sales register updated, develop reports on Sales Activity, Customer Activity and Sales Issues as required.
- Receive, process and prepare purchase orders and sales contracts.
- Raising of orders for external supplied materials.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales performance reports or other internal reports.
- Identify and implement new or improved sales administration processes and procedures.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in administration or customer service
- Computer proficiency with ability to pick up new programs and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM, Excel
- Strong people skills, including a strong ability to communicate and negotiate
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and time management skills
- Exposure to the recycling, waste and/or manufacturing industries (desired but not essential.)
