What your typical day will look like:
We are looking for a Workplace & Client Relations Concierge, to help facilitate an engaging and exceptional workplace experience to all Dentsu employees, internal and external clients, and their visitors. You will be the first point of call for those entering the workplace, providing first-class customer service and general administrative support.

Other responsibilities include:

- Manages the reception desk, receiving all visitors and colleagues
- Manages the logistics and suppliers for internal meetings and events
- Co-ordinates the maintenance of office equipment such as photocopies, scans and maintains records

About you?
- You have experience in reception/administration duties - managing calls, arranging meetings and facilities management
- You thrive working in a fast-paced environment, can self-manage and problem-solve.
- You enjoy working collaboratively and with a diverse range of people.
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
- You have an in-depth understanding of general business needs and service delivery.
