**About the role**:
In this Permanent Part-Time (3/day a week) position as one of our Insurance Relationship Coordinators you will provide superior customer service and a positive claim experience to Hostplus members, claimants, and third-party representatives when handling the end-to-end management of superannuation insurance claims and non-insured claims.
You will drive the success and instill a culture of high professional standards, strong technical knowledge, and service excellence in the Claims Team.
A snapshot of some of your key duties are:
- Manage the end-to-end servicing of claims for Hostplus members and claimants, focusing on positive relationships, you will be responsible for a portfolio of claims which you will need to manage on a day-to-day basis.
- Provide a positive claim experience to the Hostplus membership and or their dependants.
- Interpret, analyse and explain technical insurance policy issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitoring and manage respective insurers and ensure claims are progressing in accordance with service level agreements.
**About you**:
We're looking for someone with strong customer service and relationship building skills, ideally with a background in managing often complicated claims processes for members. Your experience could be from superannuation, insurance or related industries. Tertiary qualifications within the insurance sector is desirable, but not essential.**Why work for us**:
