**About your new role**
As a Customer Relationship Manager, you'll be at the frontline making outbound calls to locate customers and investigate overdue accounts. Your goal is to provide customer service and varied solutions to customers whose accounts are in arrears to find fair and sustainable solutions to get them back on track.
