Job Overview
As a key member of our team, you will lead a group of project managers and modelers responsible for the construction modeling group.
Apply intensive knowledge of detailing principles and practices in diverse projects.
Manage projects to ensure successful production, quality, client satisfaction, and timely completion.
Develop project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Coordinate project delivery with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineering consultants to develop innovative solutions.
Communicate and interact with clients, consultants, and team members regarding project information.
Oversee designs, review project specifications, and interpret applicable codes and industry standards.
Provide guidance and support to other modelers on issues such as codes, design criteria, and software.
Qualifications and Skills
20+ years of experience in steel detailing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to mentor and guide individuals and teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
