The OpportunitySyncUp has partnered with a leading commercial builder in Perth to oversee the delivery of major builds and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, including Site Managers, Contract Administrators, and subcontractors
  • Monitor budgets, programs, and resourcing to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Provide regular progress and financial reports to senior leadership
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Strong track record delivering projects $10M–$80M+ across sectors such as education, health, retail, or industrial
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of WA construction codes, contracts, and procurement processes
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
