**The Role**

They are seeking an experienced Compliance specialist to:

- Prepare, review and update the Bank's compliance policy framework and procedures
- Advise and implement regulatory and internal requirements that relate to the bank's businesses and operations
- Prepare and lodge notices and returns in accordance with all licensing and reporting requirements. APRA, AUSTRAC, ASIC
- Maintain and update compliance registers
- Manage a team and provide training to staff on compliance related matters
- Prepare and co-ordinate compliance committee papers
- Work closely to support the head of legal
- Any further Ad hoc work incidental to the Legal & Compliance function

**Your Profile**

Your profile is as follows:

- Strong banking/financial services policy knowledge
- Legally qualified
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills
- Degree in Banking, Commerce, Law or related.
