- We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join as a member of Spotify's advertising platform team working with global small and medium-sized (SMB) advertisers.
- You will be supporting the overall strategy and execution of our advertiser account services operational processes. You will help develop the systems and tools that will enable our SMB advertising team to serve advertisers successfully at scale around the world. You will also partner with internal teams such as customer support, finance, payments, legal and others to help develop and scale the internal processes required to accelerate the continued growth of our SMB advertiser platform and API partnerships.
- This role can be located in Sydney or Singapore.
What You'll Do
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders to drive operational projects that will grow the SMB segment within Spotify Advertising.
- Run training sessions for new and existing members of the Sales Team.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with our Customer Service vendor team.
- Partner with them to understand their needs, as well as provide frontline support when issues arise.
- Analyze customer service performance data to make informed decisions around workforce management.
- Manage our internationalization efforts as we bring Ad Studio, our self serve ad platform, into additional markets.
- Maintain our internal knowledge source tool.
- You'll be working from the Sydney or Singapore timezone.
Who You Are
- You bring a minimum of 5 years of operational experience at a B2B tech organization, preferably within the advertising or customer service industries.
- You have strong communication skills and are comfortable running training sessions on a regular basis.
- You are extremely data oriented and comfortable using Excel and Salesforce reporting.
- Strong people skills and a proven track record of collaborating across teams and geographies.
- Self-motivated individual with an appetite to scale processes globally and drive efficiencies in all workflows.
- Comfortable working with mínimal supervision.
- You are a 'fixer', with the ability to roll up your sleeves to do what's needed to drive the business forward.
