About the Role

The Marketing Lead is a crucial position that requires an innovative marketer to champion and promote our cutting-edge self-serve advertising platform.

This platform empowers businesses of all sizes to advertise across leading media assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to generate demand, onboard new customers, and drive SMB adoption of the ad platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to maximise return on investment.
  • Building awareness of the ad platform and driving consideration amongst the target audience.
  • Growing share of the SMB advertising market.
  • Overseeing branding of the platform, producing content providing information on why to advertise with us, helpful resources for getting started, audience information and customer success stories.
  • Partnering with creative teams and agencies to produce ads promoting our ad manager.
  • Planning and executing off-network performance campaigns across Meta, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Google etc. to acquire new leads and customers.
  • Participating in relevant seminars, conferences, and events, and promoting our ad manager through securing keynote speaking opportunities and/or event activations or sponsorships.
  • Evaluating the impact of strategies, producing reports on results, and evolving promotional strategies to continuously drive improved ROI.

This role plays a vital part in executing our commercial strategy to grow and expand into the SMB advertising market and grow digital advertising revenue. As a team player, you'll demonstrate commitment to the team's purpose and effectively contribute and share skills/knowledge with others.

The ideal candidate will be a solid marketer with relevant expertise, proven hands-on ability to develop and execute campaigns across digital performance media, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent time management and organisation, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Use of Intercom would be advantageous.
