EL2 Technical Service Delivery Manager - Contract - Canberra
role with Services Australia, based in Canberra, ACT 2600. Employer: Hastha Solutions. This is an urgent requirement.
Responsibilities
Lead delivery of Cyber Security and assurance projects, including managing scope, schedule and budget, and resolving blockers to delivery.
Lead technical teams and cross-disciplinary programs from project definition to product delivery and demonstration.
Implement and oversee security controls in line with the ASD Essential Eight and the Information Security Manual (ISM) to achieve Maturity Level One in a complex ICT environment, or contribute to digital transformation projects such as the Microsoft 365 product suite.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders and partners to minimise organisational change impact and support successful Cyber Security mitigations.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience implementing ASD Essential Eight and ISM controls to achieve Maturity Level One in a complex ICT environment, and/or substantial experience implementing the Microsoft 365 product suite or similar digital transformation projects.
Minimum 3+ years' experience delivering Cyber Security and assurance projects, including managing scope, schedule, budget constraints and providing support to clear issues blocking delivery.
Proven track record leading technical teams and managing cross-disciplinary technical programs from project definition to delivery/demonstration.
Weighted criteria: experience working with and influencing internal and external stakeholders and partners to minimise organisational change impact.
Security clearance: Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1).
Location and working arrangements: Canberra-based; some remote working arrangements may be considered. Location may include ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, VIC.
Estimated start date: 01 May 2024. Initial contract duration: 30 June 2025. Extension term: 12 months. Number of extensions: 2.
