One of the key priorities is to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the Firm, and this newly scoped Head of People Services role will be a critical appointment to their ongoing success.

**About the Role**
The Head of People Services is a crucial leadership role within the People & Culture team that has oversight and accountability for the delivery of HR Services, HR Analytics, Performance, Remuneration and Reward across the organisation.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer and leading a team of six, your accountabilities will include overseeing: the design and management of the cyclical review processes; management of the HRIS and reporting; remuneration, benefits and recognition frameworks and programs; and Payroll, whilst ensuring continual process improvements.

**About You**
This position will suit a strategic, yet hands-on, leader with proven experience leading and building upon a diversified HR Shared Service function in a complex national business. You have experience implementing effective HR processes in line with 'best practice' and legislative requirements, yet demonstrating a practical and pragmatic approach. Your ability to flex between strategic priorities and operational People activities sets you apart from your peers, in addition to outstanding leadership skills to set the strategy and vision for People Services team to achieve high performance standards and great customer outcomes. You are also a strong communicator, relationship builder and collaborator, and this has allowed you to influence at all levels of organisation. Previous experience gained in professional services and/or legal will be highly regarded.
