With impressive plans for growth and corresponding organisation structure in place, the firm is looking to recruit a Head of People & Culture to develop and lead a people strategy which ensures it has the talent and expertise to achieve its aims.
Reporting to the COO and leading a national team of HR practitioners, the Head of People & Culture will lead and drive a strategy that attracts, engages, develops and harnesses a high-performance, talented, collaborative culture. With strong, core frameworks in place, this presents an opportunity to lift and enhance the people experience whilst upskilling leadership capability along with ensuring that the firm has the practices, processes and technology to thrive both here in Australia and internationally. As a trusted advisor to the executive team, this role will provide strategic HR advice and leadership to both the direct P&C team as well as people leaders across the firm.
You are an experienced HR leader with a background in a professional services and/or management consulting type business. With a sound understanding of current employment legislation together with knowledge of contemporary HR practices, you bring an accountable, results focused approach allied to strong commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit. With a proven track record of leading people, you are passionate about developing talent and enhancing leadership capability to drive business performance.
