**The Opportunity**
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of People Services to lead a dynamic team of talent acquisition and HR professionals. This integral role will see you responsible for the delivery of a range of people-focused services, with a strategic focus on talent acquisition and recruitment, workforce planning, compliance with awards and agreements, employee onboarding, and general people-related matters.

Leading a team of HR Business Partners and Advisors, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business and provide expertise in the development and delivery of people management solutions that drive and enable business performance.

**About You**

You will be able to demonstrate critical thinking to ensure accuracy, identify opportunities for improvement, and understand the business implications of decisions and processes. As an experienced values-based leader, you must have the ability to empower, develop, and motivate a team of emerging HR professionals and develop their capabilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills with excellent self-organisation skills are a must for this role.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline and extensive experience in HR is desirable.
