We are seeking a skilled Workshop Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven administration and customer service experience, with a strong background in workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and build relationships with key accounts
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding workshop bookings and scheduling
  • Process customer payments as required
  • Accurately complete data entry tasks involving timecards, service information and invoicing
  • Liaise with customers regarding vehicle condition reports
  • Ensure the upkeep of workshop documents including service, quality assurance and consumables
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven administration and customer service skills
  • Experience working in a workshop environment
  • Strong understanding of transport industry principles - transport hydraulics and/or braking is highly regarded
  • Able to demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Able to work effectively with diverse individuals
