Enterprise Asset Management Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) professional to lead and participate in the full lifecycle of EAM implementation projects, from initial assessment and blueprinting to configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
EAM is a critical business function that enables organizations to optimize their asset-intensive operations. As an EAM expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective EAM strategies that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.
Develop and implement EAM strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Lead or participate in the full lifecycle of EAM implementation projects, including assessment, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support of EAM solutions.
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, perform gap analysis, and map business processes to EAM functionalities.
Implement and optimize enterprise asset management processes such as preventive maintenance, planned maintenance, maintenance order management, spare parts management, work clearance, and asset lifecycle management.
Integrate EAM with other modules like finance, materials management (MM), customer service (CS), and external systems such as GIS, qTrac, NSM, and scheduling tools.
Utilize SAP S/4HANA, FIORI apps, and intelligent asset management technologies, including IoT, analytics, AI, and predictive maintenance to enable digital transformation of asset-intensive organizations.
Prepare functional specifications, process design documents, training materials, and support documentation.
Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot production issues related to EAM.
Lead workshops, blueprinting sessions, and client engagements to ensure alignment of EAM solutions with strategic goals.
Required Skills And Experience:
Extensive experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management modules, including hands-on implementation and support.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EAM, FIORI, spare parts management & its integration with non-SAP applications.
Expertise in asset-intensive industries such as utilities, manufacturing, Telco.
Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with clients and technical teams.
Experience with SAP integration points and enhancements (RICEFW objects).
Skills in requirement gathering, business process mapping, gap analysis, and testing.
