Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled SAP EAM professional to lead and participate in the full lifecycle of SAP EAM implementation projects. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand business requirements and mapping business processes to SAP EAM functionalities.
Key Responsibilities• Lead or participate in the full lifecycle of SAP EAM implementation projects, including assessment, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support of SAP EAM solutions.
  • Implement and optimize enterprise asset management processes such as preventive maintenance, planned maintenance, maintenance order management, spare parts management, work clearance, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Integrate SAP EAM with other modules like Finance, Materials Management (MM), Customer Service (CS), and external systems such as GIS, qTrac, NSM, and scheduling tools.
  • Utilize SAP S/4HANA, FIORI apps, and Intelligent Asset Management technologies including IoT, Analytics, AI, and Predictive Maintenance to enable digital transformation of asset-intensive organizations.
  • Extensive experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management modules, including hands-on implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EAM, FIORI, Spare parts management & Its integration with Non-SAP Applications.
  • Expertise in asset-intensive industries such as utilities, manufacturing, Telco.
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with clients and technical teams.
  • Experience with SAP integration points and enhancements (RICEFW objects).
  • Skills in requirement gathering, business process mapping, gap analysis, and testing.
