We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of National Asset Configuration Manager in our Rail and Transit Systems team.

This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with asset configuration management principles across the organization, aligning Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) virtual assets with physical assets and driving key performance indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, asset management or a related field, along with proven experience in asset management, configuration management or a related discipline. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and familiarity with EAM systems and configuration management tools are also essential.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the identification and documentation of assets to maintain an accurate and comprehensive asset registry, ensuring that EAM virtual assets accurately reflect physical assets in line with organizational standards.

Key responsibilities include conducting internal and external audits to assess compliance with asset configuration management practices, identifying anomalies and leading rectification efforts to align asset configurations with established standards.

The National Asset Configuration Manager will work closely with engineering teams to maintain asset configuration model governance, ensuring all changes to asset configurations are documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders, facilitating transparency and accountability.
