**The Role**:
The HRIS Specialist is responsible for managing and optimising the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensuring the effective administration of the organisation's remuneration programs. Reporting to the Employee Experience Manager, this role involves data management, system maintenance and reporting and analysis to support HR functions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Maintain and update the HRIS to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.
Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues, providing technical support to HR staff.
Develop and implement HRIS enhancements and upgrades.
Assist in the design and development of reporting on the remuneration framework that includes position banding and salary structures.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.
Analyse compensation data and prepare reports to support decision-making.

Manage the administration of employment contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate contract renewals and amendments as needed
Oversee the probation review process, ensuring timely and effective evaluations.
Analyse new employee and exit survey results and provide recommendations for improvements.
Monitor and report on employee absenteeism trends.
Act as a key member of HRIS implementation projects, contributing to planning, execution, and monitoring.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
Support go-live activities, including system configuration, data migration, and user training.
Internal relationships with the executive leadership team, P&C Team, managers, supervisors and marketing team.
**About You**:
Demonstrate expertise in HRIS management.
Proven experience in remuneration administration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources advantageous.
