The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the effective administration of our organisation's remuneration programs, managing and optimising the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.
This role involves troubleshooting and resolving HRIS issues, providing technical support to HR staff, developing and implementing HRIS enhancements and upgrades, and coordinating contract renewals and amendments as needed. The successful candidate will also oversee the probation review process, analyse new employee and exit survey results, and provide recommendations for improvements.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in HRIS management, proven experience in remuneration administration, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
