Kronos System Administrator Role

Mercy Community is undergoing a transformation to enhance its services and improve efficiency across the organization.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in system implementation and process improvements for HRIS UKG Kronos Dimensions.
  • Design, administer configuration, and test support during the implementation of the HRIS program.
  • Test system software releases, functionality updates, and configuration changes to ensure their release.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for any Kronos system-related queries, triaging, troubleshooting, and responding effectively to support employees.
  • Manage case management for support with Vendors (Kronos System only).
  • Administer tasks within the HRIS system such as setting up new positions, changing employee reporting lines, managing the position and organisation hierarchy, and so on.
  • Create reports, document workflows for operational process improvements, and take action to ensure data integrity.

About You:

  • You will have previous experience in a similar Project or Technology administration and support role.
  • You will have expertise or knowledge of Payroll Time Keeping and scheduling functionality within UKG Kronos Dimensions (HR & Payroll).
  • You will need to have experience configuring UKG Kronos products and solutions to meet the needs of an organization.
  • You will have technical problem-solving capabilities, along with strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills to build collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
