
Human Resource Systems Specialist

The Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in system implementation and process improvements for HRIS UKG Kronos Dimensions.
- Design, administer configuration, and test support during the implementation of the HRIS program.
- Test system software releases, functionality updates, and configuration changes to ensure their release.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for any Kronos system-related queries, triaging, troubleshooting, and responding effectively to support employees.
- Manage case management for support with Vendors (Kronos System only).
- Administer tasks within the HRIS system such as setting up new positions, changing employee reporting lines, managing the position and organisation hierarchy, and so on.
- Create reports, document workflows for operational process improvements, and take action to ensure data integrity.
About You:
- You will have previous experience in a similar Project or Technology administration and support role.
- You will have expertise or knowledge of Payroll Time Keeping and scheduling functionality within UKG Kronos Dimensions (HR & Payroll).
- You will need to have experience configuring UKG Kronos products and solutions to meet the needs of an organization.
- You will have technical problem-solving capabilities, along with strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills to build collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
