Each of our Cluster, Regional, and State Managers and Visual Merchandisers began their Ghanda journey on the shop floor, joining us as either a Sales Assistant or Store Manager.About usBorn out of Torquay, VIC in the early 2000s with a dream to design and deliver affordable, high-quality garments, Ghanda Clothing has quickly become a household name.
It is the largest 100% Australian-owned and operated clothing brand, with over 100 locations across the nation.A day in the lifeAs a RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT, you will be responsible for:Delivering the full Ghanda Experience to each customerPoint of sale interaction and till reconciliationMaintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand directionProcessing stock deliveries and inventory controlAbout youAn ideal addition to the #GhandaGang will have:A can-do attitude and willingness to learnThe ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamStrong alignment with our brand and organisational valuesFlexible availability, including all school holidaysTheir own reliable transportRetail/hospitality experience is desirable but not essential; we value the right attitude over experienceIf you think you're the next best thing to hit the #GhandaGang, we can't wait to hear from you
