JOB SUMMARY

This position supports project and process management activities for complex initiatives within the UPS global organization. The incumbent supports the Enterprise Program Management Office's (ePMO) mission of ensuring enterprise portfolio/program visibility, governance, and effective execution of initiatives, resulting in better decision-making and predictability to drive desired business outcomes. This position works in a variety of roles within the department, which is comprised of the ePMO and the Enterprise Business Process Management Office (eBPMO). The incumbent rotates through various combinations of responsibilities within the department, including the ePMO Portfolio Office, ePMO PM Services, eBPMO Business Process Management, eBPMO Process Improvement Services, and ePMO and eBPMO Center of Excellence (CoE), depending on the need.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates and supports business process improvement efforts
- Supervises/Supports UPS projects
- Supports development of project/process improvements, methodologies, tools, and standards
- Designs and maintains training materials

QUALIFICATIONS

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or internationally comparable degree

Preferences
- Experience creating, analyzing, and designing process maps
- 3 years of Project Management experience with at least 2 years supporting projects
- Project Management Certification (UPS, PMI PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, etc.)
- Process Certification (UPS, LEAN, Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt)
