We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated
Marketing Coordinator
to join our dynamic B2C team. This is an amazing opportunity to work within a team of 35+ top-tier marketers in a fast-paced, collaborative, and supportive environment where you'll grow your skills and make meaningful contributions in education.
Once onboarded, you'll step into an autonomous role where you can take real ownership and help shape impactful campaigns.
Whether you're Sydney-based (with hybrid work flexibility) or elsewhere in Australia, we welcome remote applicants who bring energy, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
What you'll be doing
As our
B2C Marketing Coordinator
, you'll support the
APAC Marketing Manager
to deliver engaging multi-channel campaigns for
Reading Eggs
. You'll also work closely with our talented marketing team, partners/agencies, and cross-functional colleagues to deliver campaigns that truly make a difference.
Customer acquisition and retention
Revenue growth and strong ROI
Fun and effective marketing communications that resonate with parents, teachers, and kids.
You can also expect to work with healthy campaign budgets, collaborate with top global influencers, and play a key role in delivering bold, high-impact marketing initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and delivering campaigns across social media, web, affiliates, partnerships, and more.
Monitoring campaign performance using key metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates – and using insights to optimise results
Running A/B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages for continuous improvement
Supporting budget management to maximise campaign ROI
Briefing and managing creative production to ensure deadlines are met
Collaborating with global marketing teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders
Handling marketing admin like invoicing, stock management, event support, and landing page setup
What you'll bring with you
2 years of professional experience within a matrix organisation and a passion for marketing
Eagerness to learn and grow
Strong analytical skills with confidence in data and reporting
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confidence to present findings and facilitate meetings.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects
Collaborative team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude
