To meet our growing demands, we are looking for an Access Advisor to join our team.

**The Role**
Reporting to the Team Lead Access Agreements, the purpose of this position is to plan the execution and amendment of Landholder Agreements; along with other necessary approvals and notices to ensure all aspects of land access agreements are obtained within the required timeframes.

This is a Brisbane based position and may require occasional travel to our field operations as required, with plenty of notice.

**In addition you will**:

- Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow's values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
- Prepare and facilitate the delivery of land access agreements.
- Plan, prepare and lead in the development of negotiation strategies to ensure access to land.
- Maintain a high standard of contract compliance, to ensure appropriate contract management and quality documents are produced.
- Plan, prepare and facilitate the strategy of engagements with third parties required to obtain access agreements.
- Coordinate the delivery of land access work tasks and commitments by maintaining current knowledge on legislative and policy changes.

**About You**
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

- University Degree in relevant field (commerce, law, business)
- Proven personal success in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Critical thinking, analysis and reasoning abilties
- Resources industry and/or legal experience desireable
