Executive Transformation Lead
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our organisation's technology and transformation strategy. Based in Sydney's North Shore, you will drive the implementation of seamless customer-first processes.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage a team of professionals across IT, data, and transformation functions.
Replace outdated systems and CRM solutions to deliver streamlined workflows and integration with partners.
Design and implement an enterprise data strategy to enhance decision-making and governance.
Overhaul customer-facing and field service tools to improve staff and customer experience.
Uplift cybersecurity, governance, and operating model maturity to reduce risk and increase resilience.
Coach and develop team members to create a future-ready internal function.
Lead people and process change to ensure adoption and cultural alignment.
Oversee end-to-end change strategy and manage vendors to deliver against milestones and outcomes.
Key Transformation Pillars:
Technology Enablement: Replace outdated systems and digitise workflows.
Data Maturity: Move from fragmented reporting to an enterprise-grade governance model.
Customer & Staff Experience: Embed tools and processes that enhance staff and customer experience.
Operational Resilience: Strengthen security, governance, and continuity frameworks.
Requirements:
Proven experience as Head of IT or CIO with enterprise-wide transformation delivery.
Strong vendor management capability and experience with consulting partners.
Track record of shaping IT and data strategies in complex environments.
Experience uplifting governance, cyber, and enterprise data maturity.
Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
High emotional intelligence and authenticity.
