As a Trade Counter Sales Representative, you'll be on the frontline of their customer service operations helping them with their needs.Greeting and assisting customers at the trade counter with a professional approachRecommending suitable products based on customer needsBuilding rapport with regular clients to drive loyalty and repeat businessProcessing orders accurately and coordinating with the warehouse for fulfilmentMaintaining product knowledge across the full technical range.Keeping the trade area tidy, organised, and customer-readySupporting stock control, warehouse logistics, and inventory updatesCollaborating with the team to resolve customer concerns and deliver tailored solutionsCustomer Service,Sales Skills,Communication,Interpersonal Skills,Organization,Problem Solving,tea,Teamwork,Multitasking,Inventory Planning & Management,Manual HandlingExperience in a customer-facing sales or trade counter role (Cable and IT preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-first mindsetStrong organisation, accuracy, and the ability to multitask under pressureA proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independentlyPhysically fit and assisting with manual handling when needed
