As a Trade Counter Sales Representative, you'll be on the frontline of their customer service operations helping them with their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting and assisting customers at the trade counter with a professional approach
  • Recommending suitable products based on customer needs
  • Building rapport with regular clients to drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Processing orders accurately and coordinating with the warehouse for fulfilment
  • Maintaining product knowledge across the full technical range
  • Keeping the trade area tidy, organised, and customer-ready
  • Supporting stock control, warehouse logistics, and inventory updates
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve customer concerns and deliver tailored solutions
Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer-facing sales or trade counter role (Cable and IT preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-first mindset
  • Strong organisation, accuracy, and the ability to multitask under pressure
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently
  • Physically fit and able to assist with manual handling when needed
