Job Title: Trade Counter Team MemberAbout the Role:

You will be supporting essential industries by helping our trade customers get the materials they need to work effectively every day. This involves building relationships with our customers, loading and accurately tracking delivery runs locally, maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles, handling over the counter retail trade sales and customer quotes, delivering exceptional customer service, picking orders, warehousing and stock control activities.

This is your chance to secure a permanent, full-time role where you will enjoy a variety of different tasks across the week, so no two days are ever the same.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and accurately tracking delivery runs locally
  • Maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles
  • Handling over the counter retail trade sales and customer quotes & delivering exceptional customer service
  • Picking orders, warehousing and stock control activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who has no industry experience required but must have customer service experience, confidence, initiative & enthusiasm. You will also need a clean full drivers' licence and some general computer skills. As a team player with exceptional safety awareness, you will thrive in our dynamic environment.
