**The Role**:
We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join the company's finance division at Lindsay Australia.
This is a full-time permanent position working in a small team that is currently implementing improvements in processes. Lindsay Australia is going through some very exciting times of growth and change.
**Your main responsibilities will include**:
- Timely and accurate coding & processing of supplier invoices across multiple cost centres and entities.
- Processing of invoices against purchase orders.
- Maintain vendor master files including following processes to ensure integrity of the data
- Preparing and posting payment batches and distribution of remittance advices
- Reconcile creditor statements and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Distribute invoices for checking ensuring the authorisation protocols are followed
- Attend and resolve Accounts Payable queries promptly and professionally
**About you**:
To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in a similar senior / leadership role with familiarity of full Accounts Payable functions.
- A highly motivated, enthusiastic and positive leadership style.
- Comfortable working in a high volume, multi company environment
- Positive and friendly attitude with a willingness to assist in all duties across the team
- Experience using D365, TMT, Synergize or similar software will be highly regarded however full training will be provided
- Be able to manage your own time, plan for and meet deadlines and take responsibility for your output and the quality of your work
