**The Role**:
Reporting to the Resourcing Manager, the Internal Recruitment Advisor is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment/resourcing needs for Bis.

Your experience will see you working in an inclusive and collaborative environment to enable you to deepen your recruitment/resourcing abilities by taking full ownership and accountability of a WA site and liaising closely with our senior leaders (and internal stakeholders) on resourcing strategies and improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified MC drivers, HD fitters and associated blue-collar roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Continuously monitor recruitment metrics and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements
- Taking personal responsibility for the continuous improvement and enhancement of our Zero Harm culture

**The successful applicant will possess the following**:

- Positive attitude and innovative mindset
- Previous high-volume, blue-collar recruitment experience (preferred);
- Prior experience within the resources, construction, mining and logistics industries;
- Experience collaborating with various internal stakeholders (i.e. senior leadership team) and external stakeholders to effectively and efficiently address recruitment requirements and improvements;
- Ability to problem solve; and work autonomously and within a team environment.
