**HSE Advisor**

GEM Resourcing is recruiting for an experienced HSE Advisor in Hazelmere, WA 6055. This position is a long-term opportunity to work with a reputable company in the mechanical space. The job will require you to work with mining equipment.

We are seeking an experienced HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Advisor to join our team in Hazelmere, Perth, WA. You will play a vital role in promoting a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving continuous improvement in our safety culture. - Expertise in health, safety, and environmental legislation and standards.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and site audits, ensuring compliance and identifying potential hazards.
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions to mitigate future risks.
- Deliver engaging safety training programs to educate staff on safety practices and protocols.
- Work closely with management to ensure effective implementation of safety measures.
- Maintain comprehensive records of HSE activities, including audits, incidents, and training.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, contributing to a positive and proactive safety culture.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to engage and influence staff at all levels regarding safety initiatives.
