**Your role?**

We are looking for a Studio Runner who will assist the Facilities Team with the overall smooth running of the ILM Sydney Studio and facilities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with exceptional organisational skills, who is a Team player and strives to maximize the team/department performance.

**What will you be doing?**

On any given day you will work closely with all areas of the business. Key areas the role will include, but are not limited to are;
- Providing excellent hospitality services for all employees. Ensuring communal areas are clean, tidy and restocked
- Assisting facilities and tech with desk moves, fetching and carrying items and handling deliveries to external departments or runs to fetch items for staff
- Covering reception as required, answering the telephone and booking transport. Some general administration work and assisting Facilities Coordinators as required
- Assisting with new starter requirements
- Taking an active role in helping manage social activities such as screenings and social evenings
- Act as point of contact for various building and facility related issues reporting in to the Assistant Facilities Manager
- Be active in responding as appropriate for emergencies and urgent issues as they arise
- Assisting production teams with ad-hoc duties
- All other duties as required

**To be a contributing member of this team, you will have a mix of these skills**:

- Experience in a similar role advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule
- Enthusiastic self-starter with exceptional organisation skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and continually re-prioritise tasks
- Detailed and methodical approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Team player who will strive to maximize team/department performance
