**Your Next Role**

Reporting to the Site Leader, the Production Manager's mission is to, through their team and underpinned by Hyne's desired culture, continuously seek improvements for the performance of the site value stream ensuring safe and targeted deliverables for our customers.
- All our people go home in the same condition they came to work; safety before production.
- Production and supply chain results are consistently delivered to plan; we are here to serve our Customers.
- The Business Excellence/Lean process underpins the production process and is continuously reviewed and improved.
- The team are engaged, have the tools to do their job, and have the confidence and ability to affect change.
- The Site Manager is confident your focus areas are in keeping with the Hyne vision and strategy.

**Fraser Coast Region**

You will be based at our Glulam plant in Maryborough West, located in the beautiful Fraser Coast region. This coastal town offers affordable living and is proudly home to Queensland's greatest icons including Fraser Island.

- Experience in similar leadership roles in operations and/or production within manufacturing, transportation or logistics.
- Exceptional proven leadership abilities in delivering business outcomes and engaging people through change.
- Experience in driving and leading continuous improvement and business excellence.
