Join Liebherr Australia as an apprentice Electrical Fitter so you can earn while you learn. This 4-year apprenticeship will equip you with the skills needed to become a qualified Electrical Fitter and includes on-the-job training with mentoring from our professionals. Our Apprenticeship Program offers comprehensive training and ongoing support.

What You Will Learn As An Apprentice Electrical Fitter
Set up testing, repair and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment
Carry out diagnostics & troubleshooting of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
Work on electric drive truck high voltage systems
Carry out the complete process of remanufacturing large mining components, including disassembly, condition assessment, refurbishment, assembly and testing
About You
Passion for learning new things, enthusiasm, sense of pride, high attention to detail
Positive attitude, problem solver and a high commitment to safety
Driver's License and access to transport to and from the facility by January 2026
Completed year 11 before January 2026
Full working rights in Australia
Certificate II or pre-apprenticeship course in a relevant field (highly desirable)
