Reporting to the Service Supervisor, we are currently looking for an energetic, dynamic and customer focused individual to join our team as a Apprentice Service Technician. This is a role with lots of variety, with no day the same. This position will be responsible for supporting our customers operations through conducting a mix of proactive preventative maintenance, break/fix and installation services.

Key responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

  • Attending customer site and conducting fault finding to repair product wither onsite or within the workshop
  • Installing new equipment
  • Maintaining preventative maintenance schedules
  • Delivering exceptional customer service outcomes

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • An ability to eventually work autonomously
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • High attention to detail, with an ability to multi task

In addition to the above it would be highly desirable for the successful candidate to hold:

  • A valid Australian Drivers license
  • White Card

In return you will receive a salary commensurate with experience, plus overtime , mobile phone and laptop. The company will also provide regular training  and an opportunity to work alongside Technicians who will have a true focus on ensuring your ongoing success.  You will be employed in a position which will be dynamic and challenging. The role includes trade measurement certification work and involves intra and some interstate travel.
