Join Liebherr Australia as an apprentice Electrical Fitter so you can earn while you learn. This 4-year apprenticeship will equip you with the skills needed to become a qualified Electrical Fitter and includes on-the-job training with mentoring from our professionals. Our Apprenticeship Program offers comprehensive training and ongoing support.

What You Will Learn As An Apprentice Electrical Fitter

• Set up testing, repair and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment
• Carry out diagnostics & troubleshooting of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Work on electric drive truck high voltage systems
• Carry out the complete process of remanufacturing large mining components, including disassembly, condition assessment, refurbishment, assembly and testing

About You

• Passion for learning new things, enthusiasm, sense of pride, high attention to detail
• Positive attitude, problem solver and a high commitment to safety
• Driver's License and access to transport to and from the facility by January 2026
• Completed year 11 before January 2026
• Full working rights in Australia
• Certificate II or pre-apprenticeship course in a relevant field (highly desirable)
