Our Finance team that oversee all ten of Lancemore's properties and more, is seeking a switched-on, motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing team. Whilst your role will cover multiple properties, you will be based in the city's west at our Heritage-Listed Hotel - Lancemore Mansion & Spa.

**About the Role**:

- End to end AP duties, including reconciling supplier statements and processing weekly and monthly invoices through fast and accurate data entry
- Bank Reconciliations
- Meet End of Month deadlines
- Ensure exceptional customer service experience is provided and maintained with all external and internal customers

**ABOUT YOU**:

- You will have developed the ability to build and manage relationships with a wide range of customers / stakeholders, through your outstanding communication skills;
- Attention to details is key to this role;
- You will ideally have previous accounts experience within the Hotel Industry;
- You love working in a fast-faced team that appreciate the value of being able to work as one
- You will naturally absorb and live by our Values (see bottom of Ad)
