**The opportunity**
The Growth team champion the fund's acquisition activities and have the strategic responsibility for brand management, product design and competitiveness. The team prides themselves on creating long-term partnerships and providing superior services to the fund's employers, members and key commercial relationships and partners.
In this newly created position, you'll support the Growth team in the seamless integration of operational activities, including:

- Engaging with the Growth leadership team to develop, interpret and provide insights into the commercial performance and competitiveness of the fund
- Preparing commentary for different reporting requirements
- Scheduling and leading meetings and team events
- Preparing, coordinating and representing the Growth team with cross-team and organisation wide projects
- Managing regular governance reporting requirements and budgets
- Supporting the Chief Growth Officer in the strategic development of the department

**What you'll bring**

Exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to work under pressure are essential to thriving in this fast-paced role.
The successful applicant will be a self-starter and will have:

- Demonstrated experience in an operational or reporting role within superannuation/ financial services, business/ data analytics or related field (preferred)
- Superior analytical and conceptual skills demonstrated by the ability to distil and synthesise information in a clear and succinct manner
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in a respectful, collaborative and efficient manner
