**Pathology Collection Trainer**

- Full Time Position based at Camberwell & required to commute regularly to Heidelberg
- Working hours Monday to Friday - standard business hours- Dorevitch Pathology, part of the Healius Pathology team, is a leading provider of pathology and medical diagnostic services to doctors, specialists and hospitals throughout Victoria, as well as commercial and Government organisations. We're committed to supporting practitioners by delivering timely, accurate, and high-quality diagnostic results.**This is an exciting opportunity for an existing Collector to advance their career and be part of an efficient and dynamic team.**
- Your primary responsibility will include training our new and existing pathology collectors and external clients in all aspects of pathology collection.**About you**
- Extensive pathology (phlebotomy) collection experience, minimum 3 years, and must have advanced Pathology competencies.
- Demonstrated high level of organisational and communication skills
- A current Certificate IV in TAE 40116 or Diploma in Training and Assessment.
- Minimum Qualification, Certificate III in Pathology Collection
- Relevant Industry experience with current engagement with the industry
- Demonstrated academic teaching experience of at-least 1 year in the recent past, including planning, delivering, evaluating, and assessing clinical skills and classroom-based training is desirable
- Current Divers license and a Car
**Position Requirement**:
- Flexibility with work hours, including start and finish time, as well as days.
- Travel within the Melbourne Metro Area, Regional and Interstate.
