Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Pathology Trainer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to train new and existing pathology collectors and external clients in all aspects of pathology collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To train new and existing pathology collectors and external clients in all aspects of pathology collection.
  • To maintain high level of organisational and communication skills.
  • To develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of learners.
  • To evaluate and assess learner's performance.

Requirements:

  • Extensive pathology (phlebotomy) collection experience, minimum 3 years.
  • Advanced Pathology competencies.
  • Demonstrated high level of organisational and communication skills.
  • A current Certificate IV in TAE or Diploma in Training and Assessment.
  • Minimum Qualification, Certificate III in Pathology Collection.
  • Relevant Industry experience with current engagement with the industry.
  • Demonstrated academic teaching experience of at-least 1 year in the recent past.
